Call for Research Papers July - December Issue II

Indo- Asian Journal of Advanced Management (IAJAM) is to provide a platform for researchers and practitioners of Management, Science and Engineering to share ideas, exchange experiences. It covers a wide range of areas consider to be a multidisciplinary research journal. IAJAM is both inspiring reading and an important source for important specialized researchers, engineers and managers in Management, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Banking, Insurance, Corporate Governance, Science, Engineering and emerging paradigms in allied subjects. Multidisciplinary types of articles are also encouraged in the IAJAM which bring together articles from multiple technical backgrounds. All articles published in IAJAM are peer-reviewed. The decision of the Editor-in-Chief to publish a paper in concurrence with referee(s) opinion is considered final.

Participants will be afforded an opportunity to demonstrate their involvement and interest in the; what, where, when, who and why of current and forward-looking theory and practice in Advanced Management

As a guideline Papers and Applied Case Studies are welcomed in any of the following areas:

IAJAM seeks to afford a suitable conduit of two-way delivery serving both academics and management practitioners alike. The journal’s editorial team is suitably enthused in affording support to practitioners in pursuance of academic qualification the opportunity to present their empirical findings in articled format. The premise being to add value to both the individual learning process and the organization supporting/sponsoring said process.

Guidelines for Contributors

Indo- Asian Journal of Advanced Management (IAJAM) welcomes innovative and original research based articles and case studies in all functional areas of management. The manuscripts (including references and appendices) should not go beyond 4500 words.
I. Sections of the Manuscript (note that not all papers have all sections—write your paper to fit your requirements)

Title page: This includes paper title, author(s), and institutional affiliation. This should be center aligned. Corresponding Author is to be specified with address and Email address

Abstract (on a separate page): This is a brief summary of your study. Limit to 200 words

Keywords: A minimum of three keywords to be mentioned below the abstract

Text (start on a separate page) Justify the text.
This usually consists of the following sections (Introduction, Literature Framework, Methodology, Analysis, Results and Discussion and Conclusion)

References (on a separate page)
Appendices
II. Typing Formats for Manuscripts

General: 1-inch margins all around and 10 pt. Times Roman. All text should be 1.5- inch spaced as well as Paragraph / Line Spacing.

Submission Instructions:

  • Soft Copy of one Compactable Disk (CD)
  • One printed Hard Copy
  • Details of Article in Separate page for Authors Detail, Declaration, Abstract and Full Article

Table: Title should be placed on the top of table, Title and Table –center alignment, Table to be fit to window, Output from statistical software should not be copied directly but should be as per table text format. Source of the table, if any, should be given immediately underneath the table.

Figure: Figure title should be placed below the figure, Title and Figure –Center alignment and the legend of the figure should be at the bottom and center aligned.

References: Type “References” at top (centered, Not underlined), Double space all reference material. Use the following tips;
(a) Periodical (Italicize journal title and volume, including comma.)

(b) Chapter (Italicize title of book and include page numbers. Note capitalization.)

Order of entries in the reference list
1. Alphabetize references by surname of first author.
2. If there is a reference by a single author with multiple publication years, list earlier years of publication first (the same applies to references with same multiple authors).

References in the text
When using the ideas of others, you must acknowledge them as a source. For example;
Rather than .. the self (Harter, 1997). Or Harter (1997) argued that..
If you are using the exact wording of another person, you must put the wording in quotes and cite the author(s) and the page number (or other wise, it will amounts to plagiarism).
III) Plagiarism amounts to complete rejection of the article (Plagiarism includes copying from internet or books or any other sources, except acknowledged quotes and definitions).
